Capacity bottlenecks or production losses are scenarios feared in every company and require a fast and efficient solution. AERZEN Rental Division (ARD) offers 24/7 fast and effective solutions to overcome problems arising in the supply of oil-free air for various application cases.

AERZEN Rental Division has the right solution for almost every application – as a one-off or on a contractual basis: from immediately available Aerzen rental units through to operative leasing and contracting. ARD is a professional partner with branches throughout Europe.

Maintenance included

Our expertise guarantees qualified technical support and means that we can provide solutions that are perfectly suited to or fully replace your existing process. On request, ARD can transport, install and commission the rental units. Maintenance is fully inclusive, which means there are no hidden costs – you only pay for rent or leasing.

Working with AERZEN Rental Division has a range of benefits: production downtime is reduced to a minimum, costs for temporary plants are saved and short-term additional requirements are met.

In Europe, we have more than 150 electrically driven units available at short notice, representing a total capacity of 350,000 m³/h. You can choose from 20 different unit sizes and types from 120 to 5,500 m³/h and pressure ranges between -700 mbar and 11,000 mbar.

A whole range of requirements covered

There are five different displacement/compressor designs of displacement blowers and screw compressors for ideal energy efficiency available to cover all requirements. In addition to this, a wide range of individual components is also available, including Aerzen blower and compressor stages up to 9,000 m³/h, piping for nominal widths of DN 50 to DN 400 and ANSI 6” to ANSI 12”, electrical accessories such as transformers, cables and distribution boards up to 1,000 kVA and ventilation plates for wastewater treatment and contaminated surface water up to 240 Nm³/h per frame.
